The 2011 Fall Professional Development Conference will be held October 26th, 27th and 28th at the Music Road Conference Center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. This conference, hosted jointly by ETPA and the Tennessee Association of Public Purchasing (TAPP), offers three days of professional development for governmental purchasing professionals. During the three days you may attend an NIGP course, multiple roundtable discussion sessions, see speakers discuss current procurement issues, and visit with vendors during the Vendor Fair. ETPA and TAPP are proud to present the NIGP course "Managing Your End Users & Suppliers" from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 26. Please register for the class on the NIGP website. The course cost is $250 for NIGP members who order before August 25, $275 for NIGP members who register before September 25 and $325 for members registering after September 25.
Once again this year, we invite vendors to display their products and services during the event. The Vendor Fair will be held during the day on Thursday, October 27. Vendors will have the opportunity to visit with procurement professionals throughout the day as they take breaks during roundtable and speaker sessions and also during a luncheon for both the procurement professionals and the registered vendors.
