Emma Mitchell, NIGP-CPP, Knoxville's Community Development Corp
Gabe and Emma received their NIGP-CPP certification during the November 2025 testing period. The NIGP-CPP is one of several ways a procurement professional can be publicly recognized for the achievement of competencies. The program is offered by NIGP is one of only two professional certifications focused on procurement and contracting, public or private, that has earned this distinction—the other is the highly respected certification programs offered by our colleagues at the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
