ATTENDEE Registration is below to attend the
2025 ETPA and TAPP Fall Professional Development Conference, either in-person or virtually, on Thursday, November 6th thru Friday, November 5th.

TAPP will be scheduling an NIGP course for Wednesday, November 5th. Registration will be available at
www.nigp.org.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS may be made by calling 1-877-325-WILD and letting the reservation agent know you are booking a room under the Booking ID # 61480 at the Stone Hill Lodge. Room rate is $124.95 (Tuesday thru Thursday) plus 12.75% tax (unless proper tax exemption shown). Hotel reservations include:
- Complimentary self-parking
- Complimentary wifi throughout the resort
- 14 on-site dining options (between Stone Hill Lodge and River Lodge)
- Complimentary shuttle on property to access the other lodge and waterpark
- Waterpark access included in the room rates
- Adjacent to the Sevierville Golf Club (2 - 18-hole courses)
- Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:30 am
- Guests may arrive after 12:00 pm and pre-register to obtain wristbancs for the water park even if their room is not ready until check-in time. Guests may use the facilities all day on their scheduled departure date.
- Cancellation Fee: Rooms may be cancelled for free until October 4th. Rooms cancelled between the cut-off date (October 5th) and up to 72 hours prior to arrival incur a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations 72 hours or less prior to arrival require 1-night room cost.
The discounted block hotel room rate is
only available through Sunday, October 5, 2025.
